Your brand is two logos, five colors and two fonts, and clients see it on the documents and pages you send them. Set it once in the Brand card on the Profile & info page in Settings. Setup also asks for a logo or a primary color before it lets you leave.
Before you start
- Have your logo as a PNG, JPEG, SVG or WebP file under 2 MB. A transparent PNG works best.
- Have your colors as hex codes such as #1B2A4A, or plan to pick them with the swatch.
- By default the account owner and admins can change the brand. Other seats see the card with a "View only" banner.
Steps
- Open Settings, then Profile & info, and scroll to the Brand card.
- Under Logo, light backgrounds, click Upload and choose your file. Most proposals, quotes and invoices use this logo. A message reads "Light logo uploaded".
- Under Logo, dark backgrounds, click Upload and choose a version that reads on dark. Dark cover pages use it. A message reads "Dark logo uploaded".
- Under Brand colors, set Primary, Accent, Background, Text and Muted. For each one, click the swatch to pick a color, or type a hex code in the field beside it.
- Choose a Heading font and a Body font. The sample text under each one shows how it looks.
- Wait a moment. The page saves your logos, colors and fonts on its own.
Change or remove something
- Click Replace on a logo to swap the file. The button reads Upload until a logo is set.
- Click the X in the corner of a logo to remove it. Its hover text reads "Remove logo".
- Click Reset under a color to put it back to the default. The button appears once you have set that color.
Where clients see your brand
The card says it covers every proposal, quote and invoice. Contract signing pages, order pages and your hosted lead form use your logo and colors too, and so do emails to clients. A hosted form shows your logo unless the form has its own header image, and the Show my logo switch in the form builder turns it off. An embedded form never shows your logo, because your website already does.
If you set no fonts, client documents use Playfair Display for headings and Inter for body text.
Something look off?
Work through each check in order. Most fixes take under a minute.
A logo won't upload
- 1 · Check the size. A file over 2 MB is refused with "Logo must be under 2 MB".
- 2 · Check the type. The file picker takes PNG, JPEG, SVG and WebP files.
- 3 · Try again. A failed upload shows a message and leaves your current logo in place.
A color won't save
- 1 · Look under the field for "Use a hex color like #1B2A4A".
- 2 · Type the full six-digit code. A half-typed code is never saved, and the swatch keeps the last valid color.
