The Your plan page shows which EventSage plan you are on and how much of its limits you have used. It covers what EventSage charges you. It has nothing to do with how you charge your own clients.
Steps
- Open Your plan. By default the owner, admins and managers also find it under Settings, then Account.
- Read the title of the top card. It says Free plan, Pro plan or Team plan. The account owner also sees a status badge, such as Active or Past due, and Founding member where it applies.
- Read the meters under the title. Each one shows what you have used against what the plan allows, like 1 / 3.
- To update your card or see EventSage's invoices, click Manage billing. Only the account owner sees it, once Stripe is connected.
What each meter counts
- Seats used
- Counts you, every teammate who has joined and every open invitation. Free and Pro include 1 seat. Team includes 3, yours among them.
- AI credits used
- Counts your SageAI credits. Free gets 25 one-time credits, and the label reads (one-time). Pro and Team get a monthly allowance, and the label reads (this month). Founding members get a one-time pool instead of a monthly one. Credit packs you buy show as extra credits that last 12 months.
On Free, three more meters appear. Client-facing docs sent this month counts proposals, contracts and invoices together, and Free allows 3. Active workflows and Booking links each allow 1. A paid plan has no limit on these, so it hides all three meters.
The document count follows the UTC calendar month. A send on the evening of the last day of the month in the US can count toward the next month.
Something look off?
Work through each check in order. Most fixes take under a minute.
A send is refused
A Free account that has used its 3 documents gets a message ending "Upgrade to Pro for unlimited sends." Only the account owner can upgrade. The owner picks a plan from the Upgrade cards lower on this page, which list the price and what each plan includes.
