Two pages decide who can work in your account and how much of EventSage you can use. Your plan is what EventSage charges you. Users & permissions is who you let in and what each person can reach. Neither one changes how you charge your own clients.
Check your plan
Your plan shows which EventSage plan you are on and how much of it you have used this month, such as seats and SageAI credits. On Free it also counts the documents you send. Only the account owner changes the plan or sees what it costs. Check your plan and what you've used walks through the page.
Invite a teammate
A teammate gets a login to your account with the role you choose, and no business of their own. Team is the only plan with more than one user. It includes 3 seats, yours among them, and a pending invitation holds a seat until it is accepted, revoked or expires. Owners, admins and managers send the invitations. Invite a teammate to your account has the steps. People you schedule and pay are staff instead, and they sign in to the staff portal.
Change what a role can do
EventSage has eight roles, named Owner, Admin, Manager, Operations, Assistant, Sales, Viewer and Accountant. Each starts on defaults, and the owner can move any area up or down for a role. Two defaults touch money. Every role can view what things cost you, and Sales and Viewer start with no access to Crew, where your roster and what you pay each person live. A quote's labor cost still shows to every role that can view costs, because the price is built from it.
Role permissions are the owner's alone. Team management and payout details can never go to another role, and only the owner changes Stripe Tax and the reporting basis. Change what a role can see and do has the steps.
