EventSage prices your offers from your real costs, so your first session is about telling it what you sell and what it costs you. Once setup is done, the Getting started page in the app walks you through every module in turn.
Start setup
The welcome screen offers two doors. Let's set it up right opens a short form about your business, and Have SageAI do it with me asks the same questions in a chat. You say what you serve, where you are and roughly how many events you run, then choose to set up costs and pricing now or to quote first. Finish setting up your account holds every step.
Finish the part that holds you
Four setup stages follow, but only Your business holds you in setup. It needs a state or province, and a logo or a primary brand color. Fill in your business details covers the first, and Add your logo and brand colors covers the second. The other three stages are optional, and you can return to them any time.
Get ready to quote
Once your business stage is done, a Ready to quote checklist appears on your dashboard. Your first quote send waits until you answer the sales tax questions, so begin with Set your sales tax rate. Then set what you add on top of your costs in Set your markups and contingency buffer.
Get ready to take bookings
The next checklist, Get booked, starts with connecting Stripe so clients can pay by card. Connect Stripe to take card payments walks through it. The same checklist asks for your payment schedule and a published booking form.
Find your way around
Your sidebar holds the daily screens, including Dashboard, Inbox, Contacts, Leads and Calendar. Bundles and Items sit in the Libraries group, and everything you set once, like tax, payments and forms, lives in Settings. Quick Quote is where you price an event and build its quote, and Price an event with Quick Quote shows how.
