A bundle is a group of items, staff, equipment and services that you sell as one line on a quote. You build the offer once, price it once, and reuse it on every event. The Bundles screen lists them all. It's under Settings, then Libraries.
Create a bundle
Click New bundle, name it, and choose how it sells. Core (always on) goes in every quote, Add-on (selectable) is picked per event, and Featured (proposal headline) leads the proposal. Then add what goes inside and pick one of five pricing cards, from Sum of items to Flat fee. Create a bundle walks through each step. To start from a description instead, click Build with SageAI, which shows every item before it saves anything.
Edit what's in a bundle
Click a bundle's row to add or remove its lines. A saved bundle saves as you type. Edit what's in a bundle covers the line types, how removing a line works and what the cost panel shows.
Check that the price covers your costs
The panel beside the editor splits the price into cost, buffer and margin. A price you type is the price a client pays, rounded up by Price rounding when you set a step. The contingency buffer joins it only when you tick the box, and it starts off. A flat fee per event never takes the buffer. Read the margin before you sell a bundle. How markup, margin and the buffer set a price explains what each figure means.
Put one bundle inside another
Build a shared group once, like a glassware set, then nest it in the bundles that need it. Change the inner bundle and every bundle that holds it follows. A bundle can never hold itself. Put one bundle inside another shows how.
Hide a bundle from guests
Some bundles exist for your own pricing, prep and packing, like a garnish set, and clients should not read their names. Turn on Hide from guests and the name leaves what clients read. It never changes a price. Hide a bundle from guests shows what clients see and what a document you already sent keeps.
