What the client sees

A proposal shows no tax. The invoice carries it. The client sees the whole payment schedule before reserving.

With Auto-send on accept on, Reserve sends the contract, the client signs, then pays, and payment books the event. It is off by default, and Reserve then goes straight to the deposit. Turn it on under Contract templates. Send the contract when a client reserves a date has the details.

The link works for 180 days. If the guest count or hours change after you send, the client cannot reserve until you update the price with the button on the proposal.
